Sales Manager
IT Technical Support / System Administrator

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager who will work with us to ensure the long-term success of our customers. In a nutshell, your responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

Your Job Responsibilities :

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams in delivering the best solution to our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account and negotiating tender and contract to meet client and company needs.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

You Need :

  • At least a Diploma in any field or 2 years of experience as sales manager.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, aggressive and fast learning.
  • Works under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Good communicator and have PR skills with all levels of people.
  • Pleasant personalities and a team player.
  • Experienced in IT field is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate Technical Support/System Administrator who will work with us to ensure the long-term success of our customers. In a nutshell, your responsibilities include understand the requirements of the customers and providing them with satisfying solutions as you work together with the cross-functional internal teams.

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical support and product training to customers.
  • Monitor systems for growth or upgrade opportunities.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues to meet requirements within deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve customers’ issues and disputes.
  • Manage security and system updates on server platforms.
  • Adhering to internal security policies and procedures.
  • Deploy, install and configure product at customer’s site.

You Need:

  • At least Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Good organizational, analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Work under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Strong initiative, problem solving and priority setting.
  • Pleasant personalities and a team player.
  • Multi-tasking on few assignments and be creative.
  • Have interest and passion in Open Source System.
  • Possess own transportation.
